With only a month to go to Cultivate Conference and to celebrate the countdown, I want to give away a FREE pass to Cultivate Conference. Say Wha! If you have been debating on going, wanting to go, or are a college kid living off Ramen Noodles and have no scratch. Now is your chance! Starting now until October 5th I would like to hear from you below. Why should attend and what are you hoping to get out of conversation? I’ll pick the best one and whala… YOU WIN. It’s that’s simple!
JUST IN: If you don’t win you can get a $15 discount here http://twurl.nl/0o2n7j
The not so fine print: This will be free admission to the event and will not cover travel, food, accommodation, or interpretive dance lessons with Phil Cooke.
my reason: I need the collective wisdom of the group, but our church is on a conference freeze. it's the only way i can come.
I think I should come because I'm young and dumb and passionate and ready to take the world by storm. All I need are the means.
I think interpretative dance lessons with Phil Cooke should be included.
hey!
i run a social networking site that i am trying to start up but i have just hit a wall
idk what to do next, how to get money, or what my next step should be
i go to Southwestern Assemblies of God University so i am one of those college students living of ramon noodles and student loans so there is no way i could pay to get in.
this conference would be a HUGE blessing and the kick start i need to get Ustreet off the ground
Hey Matt !!
well my reason for wanted the tickets is because i think i'll be able to see and hear things i've been needing for a long time I've been on the fence about IT and Multimedia. I feel that this would be a growing experience for me and also help me in my Quest to Fine what i really want to do in My life with computers.
And Also i'm a Poor College Kid Living Off of Ramen –(Beef & Chicken Flavor).
I think I'm at a point in my life where I'm on the brink of something big. I feel it coming and I'm crazy with anticipation. I don't feel like I'm really doing ministry anymore even though I work at a church. I need to find a way to shake things up. The church has the capacity to be the biggest voice in a world with so many voices. We have to find a way to help people drown out the noise. Like many other churches, we have no budget for anything this year. We have a story to tell and have to find a way to get so pumped about it that we can't contain it anymore.
i live close enough that i could drive, pack a lunch and not need accomodations. Our church really needs a way to keep the conversation going beyond Sunday morning. We have a really great gal that is transitionaing into the postition of D. of Communications, and we know she is going to be fabulous, but at this point, social media, and its role in the church is not really high on the list of priorities. I really feel like it is making a huge impact and have seen results(personally as well as from a distance via the congregation i used to worship with in MO) so i know it is key. i just don't have the means myself to be able to afford to attend. Thx so much for this opportunity and for all that you are doing for the Kingdom! peace, love & His LOVE♥
So I REALLY want to go to Cultivate 09 because I am in a HUMONGOUS life transition right now…I was a full-time student at Moody Bible Institute (right down the street from Park Community Church. venue for Cultivate!!) I started my sophomore year this August and got into the semester and decided, I am in the WRONG major and so stressed out! I decided to give myself a break and moved back to Tennessee to take some time to think about what I want to do in life. I've only been home for a week, but I am realizing that everything that I am passionate about revolves around communicating and relationships. You have no idea how badly I want to get back up to Chicago to go to Cultivate!! I was already planning on visiting this fall so Cultivate would be AWESOME! I am in such a pivotal point in life and really would be stoked to get to learn from all the super awesome leaders that will be there. Also, I have plenty of friends @ Moody to stay with, so if I win, I'll book a flight and take a trip back to the city that still has my heart! 🙂
