HUZZAH! A New Website

Welcome to the new mattknise.ly website. After two weeks of beta testing, I excited to launch an all-new version of the site that delivers a better experience on every device — from phones to tablets to desktops and beyond.

A lot has changed since I launched the previous design, but I’m still holding on to the minimalistic look and feel, but amping up the experience allowing you to stay connected and to share posts on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest with ease.

Massive thanks also goes out to my dear friend Nathan Davis, who spent months implementing my vision, sketches, hacks, and ideas into digital goodness, and put up with hundreds of emails and text messages from me with subjects like “problem”, “like this, but what about this”, “small issue” and “can we change…?” and he did it all with admirable patience. Thanks to my friend Shaun Menary and his nasty ninja-like photo skills for getting a good picture of me.

While the new site is live it’s by no means complete. I’m continuing to refine the new site, squash some remaining bugs, fix a few design quirks and make it really sing on every device that’s out there.

Of course, a new site usually means something… and in this case it’s my first book. The very first official printed hardcover of Framing Faith arrived at our house the other week, and I still cannot believe it happening. The official release date for the book is July 8th, but in my experience, Amazon usually ships earlier than that. I’m thinking it will be in your hands in the first days of July if you pre-order.

I hope you like the new digs as much as I do. The next few months are going to be real exciting… thank you for hanging out with me.
