Random Thoughts: Willing?

random

What do I really have? I don’t know if I have tomorrow. I know that I have this moment and that I have had my thirty-something years. What have I done with what I have had? What will I do with what I now have? Leornardo da Vinci said, “I have been impressed with the urgency of doing. Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Being willing is not enough; we must do.”

When I think about all of you who receive my Tweets and read my blog, I realize you are equipped to do great things. The question is not what we are able to do but what we are willing to do. In this special place, the here and now, I am especially impressed with all of you who are equipped and willing. What are you willing to do?

  1. create experiences to connect people w/ God and others. You?

  2. I'm willing to put myself out there, to use my gifts and talents that I have been blessed with to better the Kingdom.

  3. I’m willing to break the rules and create a new world. But I begin with small steps like unfolding the “laws of life” to some people who are willing(!) to hear them.
