  1. For me the personal conversations that fill-in the cracks between breakouts and keynotes are where I get stretched. This year there were a lot of very deep conversation about how we as a church can be more intentional and reach more people. Additionally, we as a church need to have a more authentic and genuine appearance. We “don't have to” use the shotgun approach week in and week out, rather understand that the message will resonate over time for some and will be immediate for others. Also when crafting our messages (sermons, graphics, video, etc.) we need to think of our circumstances and craft for our people and not for ourselves, boards, elders etc. I could go on. How about you?
