“Those who know how to think need no teachers.” – Mahatma Gandhi

I had some email asking what am I trying to accomplish with my blog. The way I see it is it’s to encourage all of us to think.  In short, I hope the messages will, at the very least, serve as food for thought. To inspire you creatively and help develop creative leadership.

Does thought really need food to survive?  I think it does.  Nothing thrives unless it is fed and thought is no different. I believe we need to constantly remember the importance of feeding our thought life.  The truth is that my thought life is significantly affected by what I have learned.  The more I learn, the more my thoughts are focused on ideas and strategies that can really make a difference.
